One month minimum unless alternate arrangements agreed to in writing by
both lessee and lessor.

Additional days over 1 month to be prorated at 1/30 monthly rate per day.

First month's rent required to hold reservation dates.
Security Deposit required at or before check-in. |

Payments accepted by major credit card, PayPal, cashier's check, or
cash. Personal or business checks accepted more than 10 days before
check-in or after 1 month of residency.

Deposits refundable more than 30 days in advance for $100 fee.

| 6) |
Refunds within 30 days of occupancy refundable at 50% of deposit
amount.

No refunds within 7 days of occupancy.

Additional damage deposit required for pets, refunded at check-out.
