Piso Superior [3rd and 4th Levels] The 3rd floor has a fully equiped kitchen, dining for 6, living area with a day bed for extra person, a writing desk, and bath with tumbled marble shower. There is cable TV and DVD, and a local phone. There is a balcony that runs across the entire width of the house on the street side. The 4th floor is reached by a circular stair or by an exterior stair and has a bedroom with windows and views on all sides. Glass doors lead to a large roof deck with landscaping and views of the mountains and city. The circular stair continues on to yet another roof deck at the 5th floor with 360 degree panoramic views. There is a queen size bed and armoire for clothing. There is Cable TV with DVD on this floor as well.

The address is 164 Jacarandas between Francisco Madero and the Rio Cuale Colonia Emiliano Zapata Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico Approximately 20 minutes from the airport Accessible from El Centro/Malecon route or generally faster avoiding downtown by taking the tunnel route on the East edge of town. Taxi drivers are familiar with both routes, a $20 fare from airport and usually $10 to $15 to the airport. No need for a rental car at this location, but there is generally ample parking on the street. There are car/jeep/ATV rental outlets within walking distance for day trips. Bus service is about 2 blocks away and is pretty dependable and very inexpensive. Several of the best restaurants in town are within 4 blocks, including River CafÈ and Le Bistro. Many street taco stands are on every block and are very safe and inexpensive. There are internet cafes and services on nearly every block. There is a 24 hour pharmacy/grocery two blocks away. Nightclubs such as Senor Frogs and Paco Paco (gay) are 4 blocks away. The biggest beach in town (Los Muertos) is 6 blocks to the West. You can take the river route on Isla Rio Cuale which winds through the island and has many local vendors, or take your own route through many of the lively local streets.
Pricing
The daily rate is US$200 for the entire house with a 3 day minimum. The weekly rate is US$1,150. 1/2 payment required to reserve and 1/2 upon check-in. Cleaning service included every other day, all towels and bedding are provided.
